Solution

During the Covid pandemic Prestige had to change operational management in order to support their business needs. Simoda were engaged to provide a tailored solution to support the new way of working. Simoda achieved this by designing & implementing 3 new meeting room solutions using Logitech technology with integration with Microsoft Teams. All 3 rooms were different however as part of the scope we ensured that each room had the same easy user experience.
Results / Outcomes
“The old meeting rooms were under utilised due to the poor quality of the meeting room facilities, since the deployment of the solution the meeting rooms are now operating at a 90% utilisation rate and Prestige have also seen an increase in customer satisfaction.
