Technical Project Manager

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of customer technology projects across cloud, infrastructure and modern workplace services. You’ll coordinate internal teams, partners and suppliers, keep delivery on track, and provide clear, confident communication to customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Location: Sheffield | Working pattern: [Office/Hybrid]

What you’ll do

Own end-to-end delivery of customer projects from initiation to handover.
Define and control scope, plans, milestones, budgets, risks and issues.
Act as the primary customer contact, setting expectations and providing regular status updates.
Coordinate engineers, Solutions Architects, delivery partners and third-party suppliers.
Drive a clean transition into Managed Services, ensuring documentation, sign-off and operational readiness.

What you’ll bring

Proven experience delivering IT/technology projects in an MSP or professional services environment.
Strong grasp of project governance, reporting and delivery frameworks.
Exposure to cloud, infrastructure and/or Microsoft-based projects.
Excellent organisation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong commercial control of scope and change.

Nice to have

PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMP or similar project management qualification.
Delivery experience across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
Experience managing partners and third-party suppliers.
Knowledge of ITIL, ISO and/or service transition practices.
